Help guide customers through the home shopping and building experience.

We’re hiring a new sales assistant to staff our model location in Pasco and Hernando Counties, and assist Sales Advisors in helping prospective and current customers.

You’ll want to join our team if you‘d like be fully engaged in a collaborative environment in which we all put our minds toward creating the most effortless customer experience in homebuilding.

Are you…?

• Not experienced in new home sales? GREAT. We welcome you. If you love teamwork, learning, continual improvement/training and working with customers, this is the place for you.
• A hospitality-oriented person? You’ll be greeting guests in our model homes and learning the customer service side of the business.
• A person who enjoys seeing flat land transform into a family’s home? That’s exactly what you will be a part of when you join our team.
• A relationship builder? In this role, you will build tremendous relationships with your team, the realtor community and our customers.

Be willing to:

• Work in both Pasco an Hernando county locations
• Drive to our main offices in Citrus Park for our weekly team meeting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
