The Role

We’re looking for a talented Organic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team and help us build a vibrant community. If you’re excited about the intersection of fashion, cutting edge technology and manufacturing, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Collaborate with our Co-founders and wider team to manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, creating conversations around our brand and platform.
• Analytics and Metrics: Monitor social media metrics and analytics to ensure we meet performance benchmarks.
• Content Creation: Build forward-thinking and engaging content and distribution plans for social media content that captures the engagement of audiences.
• Influencer Strategy: Develop and manage our influencer and gifting strategy across all channels.
• Photography: Plan and execute innovative and timely photography for social content.
• Campaign Shoots: Assist with planning and executing end-to-end campaign shoots on location.
• Deadline Management: Ensure all projects meet strict launch deadlines.
• Content Creation: Work with briefs to compile and create diverse content.
• Budget Management: Create and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Copywriting: Craft creative copy as needed.
• File Management: Maintain a structured image file and database.

Your Experience

• 4+ years of experience in organic social media marketing and content creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts.
• Skilled in product and campaign photography and editing.
• Experience with video, GIF, and motion editing would be highly beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering optimal design solutions.
• Passionate about brand management.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset thinking outside the square with a passion for storytelling.
• Proven ability to engage authentically with an online community.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
