Due to ongoing growth we are on the lookout for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As TA Partner you will help us to get the right people in the right place at the right time, with the right skills and motivations! Responsible for managing the recruitment of clinical, clinical support and business service roles for InHealth, you will develop effective direct recruitment strategies, compile innovative job adverts and attraction campaigns, support a first-class candidate experience and connect with people that want a long and happy healthcare career.

In this role you will play an integral part in growing and developing our workforce as we expand our services further.
What you will do:
· Make our job descriptions, adverts and selection practices the best they can be, using online media to deliver a great employee experience
· Review applications and support hiring managers through the recruitment journey to raise offers of employment with the right supporting documentation
· Work alongside senior HR and operational leaders to create detailed recruitment strategies for specific business areas, planning in advance for future recruitment drives and outlining what channels and avenues we intend to target in order to hire candidates
· Drive the implementation of our recruitment marketing strategies and make amendments as needed to get the right people secured for each role
What you are responsible for:
· Reviewing, shortlisting and pre-screening candidates whilst coordinating and supporting the interview process for business critical roles
· Headhunting candidates for a talent pipeline using platforms such as LinkedIn
· Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and plans for future recruitment drives
· Building and maintaining close, collaborative relationships with our hiring managers, supporting them to bring innovation and best practice to all things recruitment
· Overseeing international candidate applications from time to time and coordinating one-way video interviews to assist the screening process
· Supporting the wider International Recruitment Team with any specific overseas campaigns
· Collaborating with senior leaders via regular interaction to identify any new opportunities or ideas that might drive forwards success or candidate experience
· Partnering with the Head of Brand & Communications and wider Talent Team to drive forwards recruitment marketing campaigns for shortage occupation or volume roles
· Researching, trialling and implementing new recruitment tools and systems to support enhanced candidate and hiring manager experience
· Representing InHealth at conferences and recruitment fairs
We are looking for someone who is:
· Confident building relationships with key stakeholders and providing regular updates and feedback for improvements
· Passionate about delivering an excellence candidate experience and becoming an employer of choice in the healthcare job market
· Driven by achieving targets and gets motivation from placing the right person in the right role
· Able to multi-task easily and can manage a large number of vacancies at any one time
You should apply if you:
· Have experience of internal recruitment processes and have been responsible for composing job descriptions, adverts and shortlisting CVs
· Have previously run candidate interviews and have experience providing a positive experience for both managers and applicants
· Are able to motivate yourself to meet your agreed KPI targets and to work without close supervision
· Are quick to pick up new systems and are comfortable working without close supervision
