This role will see you supporting full end-to-end employment cycle functions, systems and projects for our national and international offices whilst working alongside a hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated and friendly team. The role will provide various national and international administrative support across a range of HR generalist functions and projects. This role continues to evolve as the business continues to grow so there is always something to do or improve on. A proactive, continuous improvement mindset and a can-do attitude is a must!

The Role

Responsibilities include:

• End to end recruitment and selection activities e.g., conduct phone screening, conduct interviews (if required), reference checks, assessments, offers etc
• Preparation of employment contracts, letters and HR correspondence and provide advice to managers and staff on general HR matters
• Global HR System (HRIS) and global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Administrator
• Prepare and follow up on all HR required correspondence
• Book and coordinate external training
• Research information for HR projects and assist in HR projects as required
• Maintain the HR Administrational manual
• Assist team to implement HR process improvements across the full end to end employment cycle functions and add value to the employee experience
• Keep up-to-date with legislation, HR industry developments, news and innovations and provide suggestions from these
• Manage visa queries and responsible for maintaining and updating visa database and ensuring compliance
• Maintain discretion and strict confidentiality in relation to all staff employment information and HR matters
• Perform other related HR duties as required

About You (Key Selection Criteria):

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Demonstrated prior experience in a HR Assistant role
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Proactive, positive attitude, dedicated and hardworking
• Driven to provide exceptional service and quality of work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• The ability to maintain confidentiality at all time
