What You’ll Do:

SUMMARY: It is the primary duty of this position to control the incoming orders or import that information and to dispatch Ingram drivers to deliver the orders and work professionally with all customers. Also must complete a pre-employment screening.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Operate the ACECO batching computer system.
• Maintain an orderly and organized office.
• Maintain supply of required safety equipment, including personal protective devices (hard hat, safety glasses, and vehicular equipment, triangles, fire extinguisher, etc.)
• Ability to understand and comply with simple written and oral instructions given in the English language.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other dispatchers, all drivers, and all customers.
• Maintain customer relations and public image.
• Maintain a positive attitude with fellow workers, customers, and supervisors.
• Maintain health such that will allow passing health, drug & alcohol tests.
• Be available to work early mornings and long days.
• Have administrative skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a working knowledge of Readymix Operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally as well as on a two-way radio.
• Required to pass a physical exam.
• Have a working knowledge of computers.
• Required to pass pre-employment drug testing.
• Prospective employees will be subject to unannounced drug and alcohol testing as a condition. of continued employment with Ingram Readymix.
• Must be bilingual

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

• Work out of doors occasionally and be exposed to cement, sand, diesel, automotive coolants, other petroleum products and truck washing soaps.
