We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.

We are changing the way we view Talent Acquisition, as such we are keen to find someone who:

• Uses data to partner with our managers to develop innovative sourcing plans, allowing them to think differently about the world around them and the future of work.
• Comfortable using data and working with metrics to deliver and fill roles quickly.
• Lastly but most importantly, it is someone who cares about giving Candidates and Hiring Managers an unbelievable experience.

We add value to the industry by our broad reaching knowledge of all the other players on the field. We partner with vendors such as Microsoft, HP, IBM and work with our resellers to build the right solution for the end user.

But what would you be doing?

Connecting with top tier talent is getting harder every day. The best candidates aren’t responding to traditional tactics, they’re slipping through the net and we need to be more proactive to connect with them.

We are looking for someone who will enjoys the traditional recruitment but what we are really looking for is someone willing to try different strategies. To think proactively about Talent Pipelines, Employee Branding and Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience. This is not the traditional ‘post and prey’ talent opportunity.

With all of these tools and expertise around you, you will grow your knowledge of the proactive approach to the Talent Acquisition, managing multiple requisitions end to end across ANZ.
