We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join us at our Murarrie site. This role will see you partner with our Operations and Farming leaders across Queensland attracting and recruiting key talent into their teams.

In this volume recruitment role you will be focused on recruiting our wages employees including some of our most key and demanding roles across our business giving you the chance to have a significant impact on our teams. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operation and farming wages roles
• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing guidance and advice
• Managing candidate relationships ensuring positive experiences for all candidates
• Generating contracts and supporting leaders in ensuring candidates have a positive and seamless onboard process
• Supporting the broader People & Performance team both locally and nationally when required

We’re interested in people who can bring:

• Experience managing end to end recruitment in a high-volume environment – agency or internal
• A passion for Recruitment with a strong desire to learn and broaden your experience.
• Ability to thrive working in a fast paced environment with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Excellent communication style with high level interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively
• Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
