Join us as a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 6-month contract where the role can be sized as either full-time or part time role. We are a truly flexible team and this role will support multiple sites across Australia so it does not require to be based in North Ryde.
Our purpose in People and Performance is to Nourish our People and as the Talent Acquisition Consultant you will play a key role by supporting our leaders attract key talent into their teams.
This opportunity will enable you to partner closely with numerous senior stakeholders across the Ingham’s network, providing end to end recruitment & onboard support. Alongside your rec load you will have the opportunity to work on a number of projects, including implementing our refreshed employee value proposition and supporting the introduction of a recruitment management system.
