Join us as a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 6-month contract where the role can be sized as either full-time or part time role. We are a truly flexible team and this role will support multiple sites across Australia so it does not require to be based in North Ryde.

Our purpose in People and Performance is to Nourish our People and as the Talent Acquisition Consultant you will play a key role by supporting our leaders attract key talent into their teams.

This opportunity will enable you to partner closely with numerous senior stakeholders across the Ingham’s network, providing end to end recruitment & onboard support. Alongside your rec load you will have the opportunity to work on a number of projects, including implementing our refreshed employee value proposition and supporting the introduction of a recruitment management system.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate roles in areas such as marketing, sales, finance, planning and senior operations positions.
• Provide advice to leaders on fit-for-purpose talent management strategies to close capability gaps, support informed selection choices, and align with the organisation’s employee value proposition.
• Manage candidate relationships ensuring positive experiences for all candidates and maintaining the relationship with talent pool candidates.
• Generate contracts and support leaders in ensuring candidates have a smooth onboard process.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager and General Manager – People and Performance Corporate on a range of projects to ensure Ingham’s can attract and retain the best talent in the market.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Experience managing end to end recruitment, in both a high volume and high touch environment.
• Ideally experience recruiting mid level to senior roles.
• Experience using a range of tools and creating impactful sourcing strategies.
• Thrive working in fast paced environment with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Comfortable supporting at all levels of the business with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications/Licences

• Degree Qualified is advantageous but not essential
