Looking for a new Talent Acquisition opportunity in 2023? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to design and drive an enhanced Talent Acquisition Strategy for the ING Australia business for 2023 and beyond as we continue to navigate the evolving nature of markets and workplaces.

This partnership enables our flexibility in responding the market changes, as well as leveraging market expertise, networks and more.
As our new leader of the Talent Acquisition team, with its solid foundations, this is your opportunity to take our Talent Acquisition offering to the next level. You’ll be focused on enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, implementing a more robust assessment framework and partnering with our Marketing and Employer branding team to continue to enhance our employee proposition and attract the very best candidates to ING.
Our clients needs drive our business needs so to be successful in this role your client focus and ability to proactively advise tactically and strategically across key aspects of Talent Acquisition is fundamental.
