ING, Australia’s most recommended bank is on the hunt for a number of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants to join its high performing team to specialise in the end to end recruitment across a range of our business domains including our Wholesale, Operations, Digital, Risk, Tech, Finance, KYC and Retail business domains and help to shape the future direction of the function.
You’ll attract the best talent in the market to ING, whilst providing guidance and industry best practice expertise to your stakeholder groups and peers. This will be achieved through identifying opportunities for us to implement strategic recruitment practices and methodologies that allow us to proactively drive recruitment for varied and unique roles, as well as those that are repeatable and consistently required.
In this key role, you’ll partner with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and your Team, to enhance the quality of hire and elevate our current service offering by utilising your expert knowledge of best practice and working with your manager to ensure these opportunities are identified and implemented. We’re on a journey and we want to you be a significant and invested part of that opportunity. We want you to buy in to change, and see the benefit of challenging the status quo to the benefit of everyone. You’ll provide attraction, assessment and selection recommendations and heavily influence stakeholders to achieve our key objectives of attracting and retaining employees who align with ING’s culture and values.
