Description:

• Assist Senior Manager, Corporate Tax with income tax provision and tax return preparation, transfer pricing calculations, and routine corporate tax department functions.
• Duties to include: Assist with preparation of income tax provision and income tax return work papers such as but not limited to: State apportionment, State net operating losses, State return to provision adjustments, Nondeductible meals and entertainment, UNICA, Tax depreciation, a Valuation allowance.

• Assist with the calculation of transfer prices during fiscal year and create price lists for affiliates for the upcoming fiscal year.
• Assist with calculation of year end transfer pricing adjustments.
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions including sales, purchases and services.
• Summarize the status of foreign vendor withholding tax forms (W-8 series and 8233).
• Preparation of monthly account reconciliations as required.
• Preparation of monthly journal entries as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of corporate tax experience including state income tax.
• Ability to navigate and analyze a P&L.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with little supervision.
• SAP and state income tax audit experience preferred.
