WONGDOODY EMEA is looking for an outstanding Talent Acquisition Lead EMEA to take our team to the next level. A super opportunity to own the overall talent acquisition strategy across EMEA. We are looking for a hands on leader who isn’t shy from getting stuck in to the day to day hiring whilst balancing senior stakeholder management and creating a successful regional roadmap to attract and retain the best design talent in the business!

The role will report into the Head of People & Culture regionally and the Chief of Staff globally. They will be partner with other regions of talent acquisition and work closely with the Infosys recruitment teams. There will be scope to manage a Talent Acquisition Manager and mentor a People & Culture Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all hiring across EMEA including across a variety of disciplines (UX, Design, Strategy, Delivery, Tech). This includes Studio and DoD.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to positively challenge and influence senior stakeholders, there will be times you may have to push back positively and educate our partners with your knowledge.
• Experienced people manager within a recruitment setting, you must be comfortable in managing multiple teams across a variety of different partners.
• Use the right data and metrics to keep the overview and to enable consistent reporting to all stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of the various teams and business areas to be able to support their talent needs on a continuous basis and ensure there is a pipeline of talent.
• Be a bad ass at searching and sourcing talent.
• Represent the WONGDOODY brand to all candidates and potential candidates and help create a stellar candidate experience.
• Collaborate with People & Culture teams to make continuous improvements to best-in-class recruitment processes at WONGDOODY.
• Participate in creative, tech and recruiting networking events, meetups, job fairs, etc.
• Where applicable, partner with Infosys recruitment team to coordinate efforts when hiring design talent into the WONGDOODY unit within Infosys payroll and systems.
• Be a cultural ambassador for WONGDOODY.

EXPERIENCE

• Full cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, creative environment, placing talent across a variety of roles with a heavy emphasis on design, UX/CX roles, strategy, and project management.
• An ability to remain unflappable in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-networked for a variety of creative roles across EMEA.
• Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of cross functional partners and across all levels
• A sense of humour – we’re serious (but not too serious) about this
• Organised with a love for details.

HYBRID WORKING APPROACH

We spent a great deal of time speaking with our teammates and our leaders to define our future way of working. We used our values to guide our approach; putting relationships first, collaboration and having fun to find the right blend of flexibility and balance.

From March 2022, we’ll come together every Tuesday to connect and collaborate, and then either a Wednesday or Thursday.
