WONGDOODY EMEA is looking for an outstanding Talent Acquisition Lead EMEA to take our team to the next level. A super opportunity to own the overall talent acquisition strategy across EMEA. We are looking for a hands on leader who isn’t shy from getting stuck in to the day to day hiring whilst balancing senior stakeholder management and creating a successful regional roadmap to attract and retain the best design talent in the business!
The role will report into the Head of People & Culture regionally and the Chief of Staff globally. They will be partner with other regions of talent acquisition and work closely with the Infosys recruitment teams. There will be scope to manage a Talent Acquisition Manager and mentor a People & Culture Coordinator.

HYBRID WORKING APPROACH
We spent a great deal of time speaking with our teammates and our leaders to define our future way of working. We used our values to guide our approach; putting relationships first, collaboration and having fun to find the right blend of flexibility and balance.
From March 2022, we’ll come together every Tuesday to connect and collaborate, and then either a Wednesday or Thursday.
We’ll continue to evolve the approach once we get into the swing of it, but we’re confident we’re starting from a good place.
