Infosys Hiring for Azure at Toronto, ON Full Time

Infosys is seeking a Azure . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 1 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
A recent postgraduate or PG Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant work experience

Software Development & Operations – Knowledge of how to develop code, unit test and deploy. Through understanding of software development life cycle and working in an agile set up.

Production Support – Respond to the issues assigned, conduct analysis, suggest / implement workarounds, communicate to all the stakeholders and close issues as per the agreed timelines

Knowledge/Experience in sysadmin/IT support analyst, Network, Database, Compute etc. is desirable

Knowledge Management activities including documentation and knowledge gathering of the modules he/she is working on

Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Operational level Agreements (OLA’s)

Any ITSM ticketing tool knowledge is preferred

Good communication and analytical skills

Excellent customer interfacing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to work in shifts since this role require 24 X 7 support

Willingness to relocate anywhere within Canada

ITIL certification

Any Cloud Certification

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
