Location: Flexible, the role will be contracted to our Wilmslow office. Through hybrid working we offer great home and office-based working opportunities and more general flexibility over where you work to be productive. There will be times when you will be expected to attend the office to collaborate with colleagues or travel due to business need.
The salary range for this role is £29,024- £32,879 pa, with potential for further progression.

About the role
Reporting to the Talent Business Partner, you’ll support managers to source, attract and select the best talent, by implementing strategies and managing the recruitment process to provide a quality experience for stakeholders and candidates.
Working closely with managers to understand talent requirements, you’ll keep diversity at the heart of your approach, delivering a creative, insights-driven approach to talent discovery, and driving operational excellence across the function. You’ll partner with workforce planning to ensure long term, sustainable talent pipelines for the future.
You’ll demonstrate the capability and behaviours that ensure People Services remains an efficient and effective enabling tool for delivering our people strategy. You’ll be curious, collaborative, impactful and respectful with a desire to stay on top of new trends and be a brand ambassador for the ICO as an employer of choice
About you
Demonstrate experience in end to end recruitment including implementation of branding and marketing initiatives to drive recruiting strategies.
Experience of sourcing high volume and niche, targeted recruitment efforts, utilising a range of sourcing strategies and tools.
Experience managing multiple recruitment initiatives, whilst ensuring a first class experience for stakeholders and candidates.
Able to identify barriers and challenges to recruitment, and devise and implement creative and timely solutions.
Can rapidly absorb information and develop robust knowledge in a range of markets and technical functions to enable effective sourcing and assessment of required skills and capabilities.
