Human Resources Adviser
Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week.
Part time candidates will be considered
Location: Flexible, the role will be contracted to our Wilmslow office. Through hybrid working we offer great home and office-based working opportunities and more general flexibility over where you work to be productive. There will be times when you will be expected to attend the office to collaborate with colleagues or travel due to business need.
Salary range: £29,024 – 32879 pa, with potential for further progression.

About the role
We are seeking to recruit HR Advisers to join our People and Strategy Team to pro-actively support the delivery and embedding of people initiatives in line with our People Strategy. Full time and part time positions are available. Reporting to the HR Manager, you would support the organisation to grow the capacity and capability of our workforce to meet increased regulatory responsibilities. This will include providing professional, customer -focused and proactive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees at all levels in line with our People Services Operating model.
About you
An experienced HR generalist, you will support managers with their people decisions and activities through the provision of advice and guidance. You will need a sound understanding of employment law and the ability to apply it in a professional environment, including experience of handling employee relations cases. You will have a strong understanding of and commitment to equality and diversity in employment. You will need to demonstrate confident communications skills along with the ability to influence, coach and upskill our people managers to effectively follow our people policies and procedures whilst maintaining good working relationships both internally and externally.
