All eyes will be on this individual as they build a scalable talent attraction function. This is a critical time for this Private Equity backed business as they find rigour, embrace change and build their future. They are now seeking to develop and enhance the employee journey through a sophisticated blend of initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and onboarding great people at every level.

This is a highly anticipated role in the business, and the spotlight will be upon this individual to drive the resourcing strategy and deliver quickly. Ideally with start up experience, this role would suit someone used to high energy and pace environments ideally from a scientific or technical recruitment background.

• Developing the process, frameworks and systems to underpin the Talent Acquisition Function
• Creating process underpinned by systems infrastructure
• Developing internal relationships and communications
• Employer Branding and Employment Offer
• Salary Benchmarking
• Onboarding
• Partner with the HR and Senior Leadership Team in creating a sophisticated and well developed Employee Journey
• Volume campaign management focus utilising multiple routes to market
• Driving a direct hire culture whilst building relationships with specialist agencies
• Developing Talent Pools
• Organising and management of assessment centres
• Management of cost to hire and useful management analytics

This role would suit an agency recruiter looking to move in-house, or someone with previous internal experience. The successful individual will be target driven, organised with strong skills in communication and candidate management. They will also be high energy and a positive influence.

They will be campaign focused with accuracy in volume. An individual who can identify, plan and develop model – it is likely they will have delivered scalable talent acquisition functions in current or previous roles. They will be analytical with experience to deliver useful management data to guide the business approach to talent acquisition. Presentation skills must be strong alongside confidence and impact.
