Job DescriptionWhat we’re looking for : Farm Progress is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to be responsible for the execution of omnichannel marketing programs and research initiatives that will deliver the business objectives of the agriculture portfolio.
This includes, but not limited to, analyzing market trends, monitoring and optimizing campaigns, creating and updating websites, and developing s for continued performance improvements across channels.
Role Accountability and Duties : Execute omnichannel programs and deliver on KPIs based on the objectives of the group including but not limited to, events, digital, media services, and sales.
Drive engagement and acquire audiences in social, email, website, broadcast, and educational channels.Optimize marketing plans by adopting a test and learn approach to understand which channels are performing better.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.Execute content strategies to engage, nurture, and convert audiences.
Update, maintain, and enhance our marketing, sales and event websites.Utilize customer journey mapping with a special focus on psychographics and buying trends, to understand how marketing activity leads to driving audiences and engagement.
Apply a digital first mindset to all campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Build and distribute detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and / or yearly s for stakeholders on critical metrics for lead generation, content consumption, website traffic, and other KPIsBuild good working relationships with key stakeholders : Sales, Production, Operations, Content, Data, and Leadership teams.
Support the cross-pollination of audiences for the portfolio.Develop an understanding of all key systems, ensure best practices, continuous improvements, and driving efficiencies.
Define new and innovative ways to improve campaign, processes, and day to day operations.Special projects as needed.QualificationsWhat you bring to the team : Prior B2B / B2C marketing campaign experience, executing on a strategy that raises awareness, generates interest, engagement, and conversionPrior audience marketing experience and ability to understand the target audiences, brand propositions and key messagesExperience in agri-marketing is a plusExperience in working with data platforms and segmentation strategiesContent Marketing experienceDigital marketing experience – SEO, Google Analytics, and paid searchExperience with CMS platforms and website development including HTML coding, etc.
