For Talent Acquisition, it means we need to get closer to candidates, help them learn to love Informa, know more about our opportunities and do more with their knowledge and their careers. To achieve that ambition, we’re looking for a subject matter expert to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) within our Information Technology Centre of Excellence
As a TAP you will be required to manage the sourcing and hiring of specialist’s skills into Informa. This role is full-time and successful applicants will be responsible for candidate sourcing, applicant screening as well as facilitating interviews. You will also build a talent funnel as well as supporting candidate engagement for open positions. You will be required to nurture a candidate database within our CRM.
As a TAP you will be expected to understand and practice modern sourcing techniques as your role will involve the attraction, engagement and onboarding of talent not always actively looking for vacancies on job boards.
