To achieve that ambition, we’re looking for a subject matter expert to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) within our Information Technology Centre of Excellence

As a TAP you will be required to manage the sourcing and hiring of specialist’s skills into Informa. This role is full-time and successful applicants will be responsible for candidate sourcing, applicant screening as well as facilitating interviews. You will also build a talent funnel as well as supporting candidate engagement for open positions. You will be required to nurture a candidate database within our CRM.

As a TAP you will be expected to understand and practice modern sourcing techniques as your role will involve the attraction, engagement and onboarding of talent not always actively looking for vacancies on job boards.

Responsibilities

• The end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of vacancies in your Centre of Excellence (Information Technology)
• Identification of target talent pools
• Creation and support of engaged talent pools in our CRM
• Creating a successful farming strategy of internal/ new hire networks
• Meet, inspire and engage candidates
• Understanding and promoting Informa’s CVP and employer brand
• Arranging and facilitating candidate interviews with Hiring Managers
• Stakeholder management and workforce planning support for a specific customer base
• Full understanding of the business vision and ambition of Informa
• Utilising data to improve personal performance as a TAP
• Take an active part in project work as directed by the leadership team.
• Attend regular meetings in your CoE with stakeholders and leadership to embed yourself and your understanding of the organisation and its strategic needs pertaining to hiring.
• Assist in the build and management of a PSL of specialist agencies for your CoE

• Proven track record in recruitment within Information Technology
• Passive candidate success and deep knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Strong LinkedIn knowledge and experience of managing successful recruitment projects
• Deep knowledge of CRM tools and strategy
• Understanding of the importance of Data in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to understand the business strategy, EVP and vision
• Strong communication skills
• Strong administration skills & Good time management skills
