To achieve that ambition, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (TAE) to join our Talent Acquisition team within our Sales Centre of Excellence

Our TAE’s assist with the hiring of junior to mid-level vacancies. This role is full-time, successful applicants will be responsible for the end-to-end candidate management of all applicants attracted through our advertising and social channels. The role involves a high degree of administration, applicant screening as well as excellent stakeholder management.

To ensure success as a TAE, you should be highly organized, be an effective communicator on the phone, in person and electronically.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the vacancy
• Research, identify and proactively approach candidates using all appropriate methods
• Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
• Use all social media tools to attract relevant candidates
• Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
• Screen and qualify internal and external candidates
• Hiring Manager engagement, from job intake meeting through to offers and onboarding
• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships. Appropriately ‘sell’ the business in an honest and attractive way
• Organisation and facilitation of interviews, tasks and assessments
• Managing candidates effectively through the recruitment process including offers and rejections
• Champion our D&I values in every hire and interactions with the business

• Previous recruitment resourcing experience, end to end an advantage
• Experience working in a recruitment agency an advantage
• Experience resourcing across various roles and experience levels
• Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient
• Experience using LinkedIn recruiter and other job boards would be an advantage
• Confidently qualify candidates by phone and/or Microsoft Teams on initial screening calls
• Ability to prioritise workload and escalate issues where necessary
• Confident and persuasive communicator
• Demonstrable questioning and listening skills
• Time management and organisational skills
• Ability to operate to deadlines and quick turn arounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong administration skills
• A willingness to learn

This role will be blended working, office based 3 days per week and home based 2 days a week.
