Job Description
This new role sits at the heart of our digital and cultural transformation and will help shape & transform the ways in which we operate by leveraging the strengths and potential of our young talent and the role they can play in accelerating and maximising business growth and future success.
We are undergoing a period of significant change. This role will help to incorporate digital and data, diversity & inclusion, individual accountability, and continuous self-development into everything we do.
You will devise, own and manage our approach and offerings relating to our colleagues in entry level/ early career/ apprenticeship /and new starter roles, with accountability for their successful onboarding and onwards growth at Informa.
This will include the development of strong business relationships and consulting across all levels of the organisation; the end-to-end development and delivery of new initiatives and programmes for these groups; the promotion and fostering of our inclusive culture; as well as helping ensure the business has future-focussed talent pools and pipelines.

This role will be balanced between working in office and at home.
