We are looking for a Civils Recruitment Specialist to recruit, manage and develop contractors, we have working with our established Client base.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an existing Civils Recruitment Specialist with excellent people skills to lead and develop teams and gangs.  Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for Registering and Allocating Contractors to match our client’s requirements.

This role will suit someone who is career-driven, who wishes to grow and lead their own team in the future. The prime aim of the team will be is maximising ‘added value’ whilst taking responsibility for both safety and quality.

• Development of candidate database and generation of candidates – Main duty for the first 2-3 months before taking on more client responsibility
• Identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities
• Management of clients and candidates through recruitment process from carrying out initial interview to job offer and placement
• Ensuring high standards of service delivery to company standards at all times
