Skills Required:
- Microsoft 365, ability to type 40+ WPM, excellent time management.
- ServiceNow, Salesforce or similar ticketing system
- Call Canter Support
- Help Desk technical Support.
Professional Qualification:
College degree or equivalent technical study preferred; may accept equivalent work experience.
