THE TEAM

The successful candidate will join our Data Automation team to ensure we provide customers with the highest quality data experience in the most timely manner.

THE CHALLENGE

Your challenge will be to support the Data Automation Manager using existing processes, with a focus on automating any of these steps wherever possible.

THE ROLE

As a Data Specialist at Inflo you will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with the extraction of data from their systems, by supporting the ETL process (Extract, transform, and load )
• Performing data transformation to get this into our common data model, and uploading this data into Inflo.
• Assisting with the manual transformation of General Ledger and Trial Balance information from system report formats into the Inflo Common Data Model
• Assisting with the analysis of, and extraction from accounting system backups (primarily MS SQL)
• Create repeatable report solutions in order to feed our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) when dealing with common system reports.
• Complete Transformation of client data into Common Data Model (CDM)
• Feed up of any improvements and efficiencies that can be implemented within Inflo itself

THE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)

• Have a good working knowledge of Excel
• Have an aptitude for problem solving
• Hold the ability to use own initiative
• Be willing to learn new skills

THE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRABLE)

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Basic accountancy knowledge
