We are looking for a highly organised and supportive HR Coordinator with a growth mindset to join The Infinity Group located in the Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

About our corporate function

We are a small, diverse team of around 10 people who come from amazing backgrounds to support the growth if the function comprising of operations, finance, and HR (at present). We do love a bit of banter and of course, good food and coffee from our great local shops!

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and supportive HR Coordinator responsible for administering and assisting with human resources activities and programs relating to onboarding and offboarding, training coordination and injury management. This role provides advice and responds to queries regarding human resources policies and procedures within the organisation and supports initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance levels.

In addition to our Values, we are also seeking a HR Coordinator with the following to complement our team:

• Completion of a degree in Human Resource Management, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR Coordinator/Administrator role, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Personable and professional with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• A sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage tight deadlines
• Adaptable to work in different environments both autonomously and within a team
• Personable and professional, able to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the business
• Excellent computer across the Microsoft suite of applications
• Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, and awards together with policies and procedures
• Background knowledge of Workplace Relations, Work Health and Safety and Workers Compensation laws and practices.
