What we are looking for:

• If you have experience of phone interviewing work (calling businesses or consumers) we would love to hear from you to add you to our pool of interviewing talent.

The role:

• To provide first level support to the UK customers to ensure the highest level of customer service, making sure queries are resolved as soon as possible and escalating where required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organise own workload.
• Ability to work flexibly and under pressure when dealing with difficult customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £12.57 per hour
