TITLE: IT Program Manager Location: 100% Remote Our Client is looking for an IT Program Manager. What You’ll Do: This project manager will be part of the PMO team that will be responsible for the migration of on-premise platforms to the Azure Cloud. They may be managing up to 5- 10 projects managing the service delivery workflow process which include weekly communication with the database and engineering teams and the IT delivery teams from gathering the scope, managing the schedule with plans and prioritization, resolving blockers, escalation of any issues and risks and delivery of the new builds. ​ Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• 3 -5 years’ experience
• working with the engineering teams to migrate platforms out of one On- premise Datacenter and into a new on-premise Datacenter
• This individual will also be responsible for producing a monthly Steering Board Deck as to progress. For the database migration projects,
• create a detailed plan with dates for each environment which is updated weekly
• Portfolio management with a team of other project managers (Light program management)
• Project task creation/management
• Maintain – Meeting minutes, Notes, requirements, change control – weekly
• Weekly meetings for every product to ensure movement
• Experience in MS Excel
• MS Teams, Jira and Confluence experience a plus but not required. Process is documented.
• Ability to work with multiple team members from various areas of Technology
• Scheduling and Time Management
• C-Level Communication experience
