We are seeking a dynamic, friendly and efficient person who has impeccable inter-personal relationship skills, to work in our busy medical practice. Responsibilities include all tasks generally associated with appointment bookings, patient liaison and general administration. Training will be provided in technician duties.

The right applicant will be highly professional, show strong initiative and organisational skill, high level multitasking

• Excellent written & oral communication skills and strong customer focus
• Strong competency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Previous medical reception/administration experience using medical admin software is highly desirable
• Energetic person with positive outlook
• Well presented, friendly, flexible and efficient, enjoys working in small team

The position is in an established, and growing ophthalmologist practice, which is open Monday to Friday. The practice has two clinics located at Ipswich and Loganholme. There may be a requirement to work at either clinic.
