This is an oniste role with travel as need to to other local corporate locations in DE and PA
Description : The Marketing Manager position supports the Community Managers and s to the Vice President to implement marketing initiatives and plan across all media platforms including digital channels.
This position also interfaces with numerous 3rd party vendors.
Digital Marketing, 3rd Party Management
Weekly calls with Google to strategize placement
Daily monitoring of community Google ADwords to ensure performance Daily monitoring of all internet listing services to ensure accuracy and favorable positioning in the marketplace Coordinate with onsite community staff to ensure organic online presence according to Plan
Manage community websites and mobile applications through 3rd party platform
Creation of marketing / branding collateral including eblasts, signage, community materials, etc
Manage community inventory of giveaways, welcome gifts, team member uniforms, nametags / badges Research and recommend additional domain names to generate traffic to sites
Reputation Management
Ensure customer surveys are sent bi-weekly
Daily monitoring of online reviews to rectify negative posting
Filter reviews to onsite Community Manager to respond according to policy
Documentation and ing
Implement a Lead and Traffic Audit
Initiate and monitor SEO plan
Edit / maintain existing Vision Brand Manuals
Edit / maintain existing Leasing and Administration Manuals
Edit / maintain Policy and Procedure Service Manuals
Assist with maintaining weekly Leasing / Retention ing
Weekly monitoring of community comp analysis
Generate weekly on Daily QI Checklist
Interface with site teams to create quarterly marketing review presentations
Generate resident survey results monthly
Develop and execute quarterly marketing plan
Branding
Assist Director of Corporate Communications in achieving company branding objectives as it relates to online
presence, social media, promotions, signage, photography, power point, and video
Special Events Coordination
Interface with community personnel to source supplies and branding materials for rental community special
events
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
2+ years’ experience a Marketing Coordinator
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
Experience with data analytics software and SEO / SEM campaigns
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
Familiarity with RealPage software a plus
Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
