Digital Marketing Manager – Enrollment Demand Generation
We are looking for a talented person to lead student enrollment demand generation efforts for CREWTEK campuses in support its mission to prepare the next generation of skilled workers for a meaningful life and career.
Key Results
- Increase brand awareness, website visits, and social media followers
- Drive student prospects for all campuses
- Contribute to maximizing student enrollment
Responsibilities
- Identify and test new digital platforms and tools
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site traffic and consumer behavior
- PPC and retargeting ad campaign management
- Contact list and email marketing management
- Support live marketing events as needed
- Requirements
- Social media account management
- 5+ years’ experience in B2C digital marketing with a preferred focus on educational services targeting the 16-30-year demographic
- 5+ years’ experience in a learning and development environment focused on commercializing training programs
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in growth companies, startups, or unstructured environment in which new systems, processes, and results need to be achieved
- Ability to understand the needs, wants, and perceptions of Generation Z
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Create and/or manage production of marketing content appropriate for each channel including video, short-form video, photos, blogs, press releases, flyers, exhibiting displays, and other enrollment support collateral
- Experience working in or with non-profit, education, construction or industrial organizations is preferred. Hybrid position – Office location in Woodland, WA
Compensation
Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, credentials, and education. In addition to pay, this position is eligible for benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
