Industrial Skilled Trades Hiring for Account Manager Full Time

Position Summary:
The Account Manager at Industrial Skilled Trades (IST) is responsible for ensuring our clients are served with the utmost respect and best customer service, while also containing their labor costs to a reasonable level. It will be the responsibility of the Account Manager to further develop client relationships to achieve & grow revenue targets. This person will be the lead point of contact for client matters. They must communicate effectively with the client to anticipate and understand their needs, work within IST to ensure these needs are met, and help both the client & IST succeed. The right candidate will be highly organized and a great communicator inside and outside the organization. They must have the ability to think big, move with urgency and flexibility and be able to overcome obstacles.

Salary: $50-55k + Commission

PTO: Two weeks’ vacation upon hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p

Remote: Hybrid

Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Order Management

1. Receive client orders and ensure all information is clear and concise

2. Coordinate recruiting efforts for active and future projects

3. Maintain rolling future three month understanding of upcoming projects & manpower curves

2. Relationship Management & Value Creation

1. Single point of contact of client manager and team members.

2. Resolve client issues as they arise.

3. Apply influence to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and increase revenue.

4. Coordinate with client & IST management to aid in bidding process.

5. Hold regularly scheduled business updates with client.

3. Misc. Administrative Duties

1. Utilize ATS (Avionte) to track current projects, active jobs, and future opportunities.

2. Manage client ing.

3. Reviewing and correcting PO discrepancies

Requirements:
1. Bilingual preferred but not required

2. College degree preferred but not required

3. Located in Elgin, IL

4. Excellent written & verbal communication skills

5. Proficient with computer and MS Office Software
