You will assist the accounting team by providing support for all our locations (3 in Indiana and 1 in Pennsylvania). Primarily supporting our trucking divisions as the operation’s accountant. You would be integral in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), reporting, and making sure the daily transactions are accurately handled. Working closely with our division leader and reporting to the Controller, you will be a part of an accounting team that is engaged in our entire team and not siloed away in “corporate.” Be a part of an epic team and grow with us!

As our Staff Accountant, you will:

• Develop KPI’s for our trucking divisions and report on daily or weekly basis
• Assist in the monthly close process, along with variance analysis
• Perform, review, and submit mileage and fuel usage
• Process and review invoices
• Track assets and assist in purchase or lease decisions
• Assist in budgeting for our logistics divisions
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies
• Assist with projects to help improve the logistics divisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Working knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Extreme attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
