We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team!

The Recruiter must demonstrate a successful track record of recruiting and identifying top talent for positions at all levels within an organization.

Job Duties

• Partners with hiring managers to improve best practices for recruitment.
• Develops strategy to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are filled timely, new and expanding programs are staffed for production needs, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
• Learns and articulates the business to market positions to potential candidates.
• Works closely with company leadership regarding current and future needs
• Uses Behavioral Interview techniques to determine which candidates are the best fit based on our Indra values and meet the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Prepares and extends the approved job offers, sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements and any other incentives.
• Manages counter offers as necessary.
• Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to accurately address applicant inquiries.
• Build relationships with universities, trade schools and high schools for internship opportunities and future candidates.
• Coordinate background checks and preemployment drug screens.
• Maintain records of requisitions, internal and external job postings, approvals, and applicant tracking data.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate and practice excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have exceptional organization and time management skills
• 2 or more years of professional recruiting experience
• Able to manage several projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Possess strong computer skills
• Able to negotiate offers
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Knowledge of social media and professional networks
• Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
