Job Title : Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Contractor

Duration : 6 Months

Location : : Dallas, TX(Must be local)

This role is a hybrid position, with the contractor ing to the office three days a week. With that, the person must be local to Dallas, TX and be willing to commute to the office weekly.

What we’re seeking :

We are looking for a self-motivated individual that enjoys building rapport with candidates as they work with them through the on-boarding process.

This person must have a deep understanding of employee recruiting and onboarding best practices, both the st gy and the day-to-day activities that set new hires up for success.

The most successful people in this role will be confident, detail oriented, flexible, and have a team first mentality.

In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days (3) in the office set by your manager.

What you’ll do :

• Manage candidates selected for hire through Onboarding & Background process
• Conducts compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
• Prepares job offer letters
• Prepares and orders drug & background screens
• Organizes candidate data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases, update internal ATS and various systems with progress notes, and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Along with these tasks you will perform background and reference checks, coordinate interviews, prepare s on new hire metrics (e.

g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire), and assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)

What background you should have :

• 2-5 years as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role specifically in the onboarding and background phase of the hiring process
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases is mandatory
• Knowledge of Jobvite and / or UKG preferred
