Indoor Experts Hiring for Dispatcher at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a part time Dispatcher. The successful candidate can provide the following:

• Begin each day making sure technicians are scheduled properly based on customer locations
• Begin each day checking company software, social media outlets and company email for customer follow up and potential leads and schedule posts and post recommended posts.
• Answer incoming calls, texts, emails and schedule appointments
• Collect correct information to build customer accounts and customer jobs.
• Monitor technicians’ locations and routes to properly prioritize their schedule.
• Offer and promote service plans
• Calling prospective customers
• Register new equipment
• Update Pricebook
• Divert billing and company related questions to Operations Manager
• Divert field and technical questions to Lead Technician.
• Divert estimates to Lead Technician only.
• Divert troubleshooting of all jobs and estimates to Lead Technician

REQUIREMENTS AND OVERVIEW

• HVAC dispatching experience. preferred.
• A quiet work environment
• Upbeat, professional, prepared to offer a 5-star customer service experience
• Main objective customer conversion and customer satisfaction
• Great organization and positive attitude
• Great multitasking capabilities
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn third party software for data entry
• Showing empathy and understanding when addressing customer concerns
• ****Work Remotely (Anywhere, Virtual)
• Must have a working phone, desktop/laptop and reliable internet access

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
