What we expect from you
As Assistant Manager, you are an integral part of the Zara image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store’s objectives and support the entire team. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
Manage commercial changes
Respect all merchandising standards from Headquarters’ Commercial experts
Monitor the department’s sales, rankings, hours and productivity
Supervise and authorize floor changes and replenishments;
Collaborate in all HR activities, hiring, training and developing
Organize the logistics of operational tasks
Handle customer service activities, refunds, resolving complaints, online inquiries
Ensure Health and Safety measures are respected
Posses a minimum of (2) two years of experience in a retail management position
