What You Will Do
As a SharePoint & Applications Analyst, you will be tasked with designing and implementing solutions that solve business needs across the company and work across business units to review new business objectives identified by leadership. This position will be involved in managing aspects of support, change management, architecture and design, configuration, and training end users.
A primary project of this role will be facilitating IHTC’s migration to SharePoint Online, and then supporting implementation and maintenance of various other departmental applications.

The Opportunity

• Review requirements for projects or enhancements, and work with team members to develop proper solutions within IHTC’s business systems.
• Design and lead IHTC’s migration to SharePoint Online
• Primary contributor towards the management of SharePoint Online
• Work with IT Leadership to establish document management and enterprise content management policies
• Review, build and configure SaaS application(s) to accommodate new users, and enhance workflows and documentation.
• Problem Solve and work with IT Leadership to remove barriers to successful project completion
• Maintain project plans or enhancements according to a deadline
• Execute the configuration and setup of the solutions as designed within the various SaaS applications
• Work with peers and IT Leadership to handle delegated work as needed
• Work with third-party consultants on larger projects in a cross-functional manner
• Work support tickets to serve our end users and ensure confidence in our system(s).
• Participate in user provisioning and grant credentials as needed.

This position may require occasional travel to outreach clinics throughout the state of Indiana. Potential of some travel relating to training or conference events.
This is hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR Technical/Project Management Certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint design, configuration and implementation required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aligning SaaS applications with complex business process needs required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within collaborative architecture using multiple cloud platforms required.
• SharePoint Admin Certification strongly preferred.
