The qualifications and skill requirements for this position include :
Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources OR a combination of education with a minimum of two (2) years of proven work experience in a Human Resources Department;
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Talent Acquisition Partner will assess hiring needs, make recommendations on hiring practices and utilize creative strategies that elicit interest in employment opportunities at Indian River State College.
This individual is responsible for identifying and hiring credentialed faculty and staff, while creating an unparalleled candidate experience.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will also sustain and advance the College’s diversity recruitment strategy and consistently deliver upon best practices for search and selection in a higher education environment.
This position s to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of twenty-five (25 ) pounds.
It al so requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary.
IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College.
