About the role

Are you a passionate, reliable, proactive, and organised Social Media Coordinator keen to work across a variety of high energy programs? We’re looking for you!

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing marketing and content team to manage campaigns across exciting and varied brands and products in the Indesign Media group offering. You will maintain a daily schedule across social channels such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. You will work collaboratively with production, editorial and marketing teams to coordinate content rollout across social media platforms.

Never a dull moment, this highly rewarding role offers exposure to creating, coordinating, and delivering social media strategies and no two days will be the same. This is your chance to become a vital member of the team in the development and execution of social media plans and activities. 

Duties will include: 

• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, editorial and production to develop, and coordinate social media strategies for each platform across multiple brands
• Work with the editorial teams to maintain efficient sharing of content to appropriate social channels
• Work with production team to ensure client campaigns are delivered and are performing
• ing on key metrics for internal and external stakeholders
• Create, schedule, and coordinate social media content sharing
• Create and manage on brand post copy
• Coordinate and monitor all social campaigns 

Skills and experience

• Relevant tertiary education and/or experience
• 3 years’ experience working on social media strategy including creating strategic social media content
• Strong understanding of all primary social media platforms and an ability to understand, communicate and utilise trends in social media 
• Excellent written communication skills, spelling, and grammar
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, In-Design and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong time manager, with a high attention to detail in an agile environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Being a team player who can also operate independently
