We are working with one of the world’s largest energy services companies that are searching for an (2) Executive Search Manager, in Houston, Texas area to take on the responsibility for all global head hunting activities across the business which has over 60k employees in 85 countries. In recent years the business has expanded into new and forward-looking industry sectors and the requirement for suitably experienced leaders to run them has risen, making it a perfect time to pivot search activities from ad-hoc to creating a dedicated in-house resource to meet the growing needs of the business. With the appointment of the Executive Search Manager, all global search activities will be centralized in Houston and operate as an extension to the TA Organization and will be responsible for all positions from Directors, VPs to Executive Presidents. This position would be ideal for well-seasoned Executive Search Managers/Directors who are looking for the next significant step in their career to build something new in a company where upward mobility is unlimited. What you will do: Partner with the executive leadership team to lead full life cycle recruiting efforts for “Director and above” roles. Create and communicate robust recruiting strategies, ensuring strong partnerships and collaboration with all business unit leaders, and other senior cross-functional teams. Develop strong relationships with potential talent in the market, both proactively and with current leaders under consideration, through proactive networking and transparent consultative communication. Manage a varied number and type of searches at any given time, leveraging in-house talent sourcing and/or external retained search partners. Consult with all Senior and Executive teams to prioritize and define forth coming requirements Optimize workflows, processes and methods Stakeholder direction & training Develop a process to identify which roles will be recruited in-house vs Search Partners Manage the relationship with external Executive Search partners Responsible for delivering successful global Search assignments – typically 20-25 per year
