Independent Contractor/Consultant Hiring for Sales Manager at Tamuning, GU Full Time

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. This position will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing a sales strategy, and supporting the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
• Build and lead a team of sales representatives in each territory
• Drive revenue by building relationships with customers
• Manage the hiring of sales representatives based on performance
• Evaluate performance by tracking monthly metrics, reviewing commissions, and evaluating sales results by analyzing sales s
• Create training programs for the team to improve performance and commission opportunities
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to monitor market trends
• Stay abreast of best practices and industry trends
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Skills

• 1-2 years of related experience in sales management preferred.
• 1-2 years of client management skills
• Strong communication skills – verbal & written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
