We are looking for a Chat Service Representative to work within our Customer Care department, providing legendary support for our e-commerce and client service. The ideal candidate will have email, chat, and phone customer service experience and be technology savvy. Qualified candidates will be highly independent but also be able to work in a collaborative team environment. Main Functions: Communicate with customers via phone, email, social media, and chat Provide trends and concerns regarding products to Leadership Updates documents for company tracking (i.e. excel, PPT, Sharepoint, etc.) Track and respond to customer concerns Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service.
Strong telephone etiquette.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to adapt to different personalities
