We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter in our Talent Attraction team. Our Talent Attraction team champions our culture by working tirelessly to attract and retain the best people. Responsibilities:
- Provide market research to support candidate and geographic profiling to guide recruiting in various locations
- Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
- Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports
- Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
- Act as a mentor and lead by example for other recruiters recruiters across the teams
Who You Are
- 7+ years of successful recruiting experience in a fast paced environment on software engineering or technically niche roles.
- Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience
- Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
- Experience working with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with iCIMs is a big plus
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with external stakeholders
- Experience using data to consult with hiring managers to make data-based decisions on processes and approaches; experience with Tableau is a big plus
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, long term incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
US Remote 88,800 – 133,200 USD per year
