The Global Leadership Recruiting team at Indeed is growing! We are looking to scale and develop the team and are creating new opportunities to do it. As a Senior Executive Talent Sourcer/Researcher, you will have a direct impact on what leadership at Indeed looks like – now and in the future. Our Talent Attraction team champions our culture by working tirelessly to attract and retain the best people. The Leadership Recruiting team does this at the most senior levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Research and report market data and insights to inform best strategies
  • Own the sourcing process from research, outreach, initial contact and throughout engagement
  • Drive all sourcing activities for leadership roles at Indeed
  • Partner closely with the Leadership Recruiters to act as a strategic partner
  • Build strong relationships with internal candidates and business stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and drive relationships with diverse external networks
  • Educate and influence the business on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discovery
  • Subject Matter Expert in inclusive sourcing strategies to advise and report at the most senior levels
  • Subject Matter Expert in demographic analytics and reporting
  • Partner closely with DI&B team to ensure alignment in strategy and reporting
  • Work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Maintain records with accuracy in our ATS and maintain high data integrity


Who You Are


  • 7+ years of experience working as a recruiter/sourcer in a corporate or agency setting in a high-growth and/or fast-paced environment
  • Expert understanding of the sourcing lifecycle and understanding of TA tools
  • Advanced knowledge of the candidate market, as well as industry specific knowledge
  • Advanced ability in a wide range of existing and emerging sourcing strategies
  • Advanced ability in gathering, analysing and reporting on data
  • Expert-level talent and market mapping abilities
  • Advanced presentation skills with the ability to build and present the narrative behind the data to Executive stakeholders and hiring managers to influence and impact the recruitment and hiring strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to build inclusive networks & relationships with a broad range of high-level, in-demand candidates
  • Demonstrated expertise and passion towards Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
  • Expert in managing competing priorities seamlessly
  • Advanced ability to coach or mentor others

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.


Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 116,000 – 174,000 USD per year
