Your Job
We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our growing team here at Indeed.
Responsibilities:
- General HR Administration including social insurance procedure, coordination of leave of absences, work hour reporting, work rules, and annual health & stress check
- Lead and assist HR team in responding to general employee enquiries, employee onboarding, change of status, and leave processes
- Work closely with payroll in Finance and HRIS team to enter transactions in HR and payroll system
- Support HR Generalist and Business Partners in Employee Relations and various HR projects
- Reporting, filing, and maintenance of HR and Personnel records
Who You Are
- 2+ years HR administrative experience
- Business level fluency in English
- Passion for human resources with a can-do attitude
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
