Day to Day

The Talent Management Director is responsible for designing, implementing and promoting Indeed’s organization-wide talent planning and engagement initiatives. The Talent Management Director partners with the Talent Center of Excellence (COE), Strategy Advisors, and Business Leaders in identifying top talent, succession planning, and driving overall engagement. The Talent Management director also ensures implementation of talent review processes at the Leadership Team level.

Responsibilities

• Develops Indeed’s strategy for Talent Planning globally, ensuring a consistent framework for the entire talent review process and drives a modern, inclusive talent strategy
• Champions a cohesive talent planning experience globally, while ensuring local and pillar-specific needs are met in a scalable manner
• Oversees talent planning and key engagement initiatives across Indeed
• Acts as innovation think tank for future talent strategies
• Drives talent planning strategy and assists with the selection and/or refinement of tools, frameworks, policies, and programs to support talent planning programs.
• Drives the culture & engagement strategy, collaborating with People Partners to implement programs
• Researches global Talent Management trends, innovating for future talent strategies where possible

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $144,000.00 – $216,000.00 per year
