Your Job
We are searching for a TA Operations Team Lead to join our team.
As the Team Lead you are responsible for ensuring there is a successful support function for the end to end recruiting cycle. This is accomplished through daily coaching and mentoring of Recruiting Coordinators, assigning work to the team, coordinating all types of interviews and complexities and flawlessly communicating with team members.
Responsibilities:
- QA all offer documentation sent to candidates by your team
- Manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators supporting Recruiters and Hiring Managers within a specific region and/or function
- Oversee all interviews scheduled by your team and manage work assignments and ensure SLA’s and service excellence are achieved
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team to discuss their goal attainment and coach, mentor and train new hires
- Collaborate closely with internal partners such as IT, Training, HR, and Payroll to improve processes and ensure a smooth on-boarding process
- Work closely with Recruiting Leads to understand goals and ensure collaboration between Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators is maintained
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment in the TA/HR or a related function in a fast-paced environment (preference for leadership)
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

NYC Metro Area 61,000 – 83,000 USD per year
