Your Job

• Become an IHP expert, developing a firm grasp on the implementation process options and solution this product aims to provide employers.
• Meet with our sales reps to understand the business case for each implementation.
• Own + Implement a post-sale project plan to manage all onboarding, adoption, and utilization of Indeed Hiring Platform.
• Support our customers in translating their business needs into the configuration of our platform.
• Engage with client Talent Attraction/Acquisition teams to understand their goals for using IHP and how the platform will fit into their tech stack.
• Design customized, tactical implementation plans in partnership with the client to suit their requirements, and then guide them through this plan, ensuring ease and simplicity for the client.
• Advise our customers on best practices and understand/document their goals.
• Guide client usage of key IHP features, consulting where needed (Evaluate, BYOC, etc.).
• Efficiently deliver enablement training and workshops to clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers during the implementation process and provide solutions.
• Seamlessly transition IHP clients to our Customer Success team.
• Surface actionable feedback to our product + strategy teams to inform future product developments.

Who You Are

• 5+ years relevant experience in a related area, for example: Implementation Expert, Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, Technical Account Manager, or Senior Client Success Specialist working with Enterprise/Strategic accounts.
• SaaS implementation experience preferred.
• Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
• A problem solver, with a high level of intellectual curiosity.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and exceptional project management skills.
• A team player that works well with internal stakeholders, as well as external stakeholders.
• Adept client relationship manager who is capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization.
• Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues or feature needs and capture potential product improvements.
