We’re looking for a Sourcer in our Talent Attraction team. Our Talent Attraction team champions our culture by working tirelessly to attract and retain the best people. Responsibilities:
- Owning the sourcing process from search, initiating candidate relation to qualifications
- You enjoy a challenge, and tough searches.
- You thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment
- You can handle ambiguity in times of change management
- Maintain records with accuracy in our ATS and maintain high Data integrity
- Build strong relationships with internal candidates and hiring managers
- Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements
- Educate and influence the business on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discovery
Who You Are
- 2+ years of sourcing experience within a rapidly growing technology organisation
- Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

US Remote 60,000 – 90,000 USD per year
Austin 60,000 – 90,000 USD per year
NYC Metro Area 67,200 – 100,800 USD per year
SF Bay Area 72,000 – 108,000 USD per year
Seattle 68,000 – 102,000 USD per year
