Your Job
The TA Business Operations Specialist is an integral member of the Indeed Talent Attraction team by providing relevant budget, vendor, headcount, and compliance resources to TA Leadership and ICs. You will positively impact the credibility, effectiveness/efficiency, and overall reputation of the TA team by creating thoughtful and well-organized experiences and programs.
You will be establishing and building strong stakeholder relationships to support changes in process, new initiatives / projects, improve compliance and reduce risk. Triage and manage candidates and TA team inquiries. Create and update helpful resources to enable the success of the overall TA goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Consistently build and maintain strong business partner relationships with Indeed team members, including but not limited to Talent Attraction, HR, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, IT-Security, candidates and external vendors
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for TA content-related initiatives such as background checks, external support alias, and hiring compliance matters
- Identify TA process inefficiencies and non-compliance and summarize potential solutions and improvements
- Support the development and maintain training and reference materials, including documenting new processes and maintaining up-to-date instruction guides
- Be a change champion, facilitate adoption of strategic initiatives/tools/systems and reinforce best practices
- Complete various data management and administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist with execution of ad hoc projects as needed
Who You Are
- 1+ year of successful experience within a support function in a similarly fast paced or high volume environment
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service
- Must take initiative and demonstrate excellent judgment when making decisions and problem solving
- Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and excited to learn
- Proficient in Google Suite

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

NYC Metro Area 60,000 – 87,000 USD per year
