Fort Benton, Montana is home to IND HEMP’s two processing facilities : one dedicated to the processing of hemp oilseed and the other focused on industrial hemp fiber products.

Each operation is purpose-build to provide industrial hemp food, feed and fiber products across a variety of applications and industries while providing our farmers with multiple revenue stream and contract production opportunities.

Position Summary :

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the busy marketing team. ing to the Director of Brand and Marketing, this position will be responsible for assisting in the strategy, creation and implementation of digital marketing assets.

The dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist will work with internal and external design, marketing and web teams to maintain and enhance company and brand communications, websites and sales channels and will work with the sales team to provide digital marketing assets for third party web presence and support retail partners online and in store.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create and execute of digital marketing assets and brand campaigns
• Design and execute email marketing and brand campaigns
• Build and develop social media marketing and brand campaigns
• Copy writing for product and brand marketing support.
• Organize and manage company’s digital marketing and media assests
• Digital PR such as press releases, informational blogs and guest posting
• Website content administration including content creation and asset management
• Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns
• Track and analyze marketing data
• Create and manage organic search campaigns

Job Requirements Skills and abilities :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field highly preferred. Combination of experience and education will be considered
• Two plus years of experience in similar role creating and implementing digital marketing assets
• Ability to be creative and blend creativity with research, learned information, feedback and direction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge and general ability to use a variety graphic tools and technology such as but not limited to Adobe-InDesign, Illustrator, photoshop, Premier, Canva, and other cloud-based interface / and or content management tools
• Moderate design skills and able to learn and adapt to working in different look / feel and voicings across the company and it’s brands.
• Moderate photo editing and file production understanding
• Video editing and online implementation of video experience useful, but not required
• Advanced knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
• Strong understanding of advance marketing principles
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases
• Knowledge of CRM tools and online analytics
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to make decisions and adapt to the ever-changing world of communications
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
